Barber Knowledge CE Credits Refund / Cancellation Policy

1. Unstarted courses

A full refund may be requested within seven calendar days of purchase when the purchased CE course has not been started and no certificate has been issued, unless a different result is required by applicable law.

2. Completed or reported courses

No refund is available after verified course completion, certificate issuance, or regulatory roster/report submission, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

3. Billing errors and duplicate charges

Suspected duplicate charges or payment errors may be reviewed and corrected when supported by the transaction records.

4. Separate products

This policy applies to Barber Knowledge CE Credits. CE Provider Platform subscriptions, CILLA ANN School subscriptions, curriculum licenses, and other products may have different policies.
